HOW YOU CAN HELP
As you all know, GDC is a volunteer, non-profit association, so we’re asking members to remember when they were young students and help us send these students to this life-changing experience. Icograda has generously found two sponsors to cover the students’ fees for attending the Congress, but we are raising the money and/or air miles necessary for the flight plus $2,000 for accommodations and food. The students will accompany the GDC/BC delegation who will chaperone them, inspire them and change their lives in the process! Please help if you can - even it is a small cash donation.
If you are able to make a donation, please send a check made out to “GDC BC Chapter” before September 14th to GDC/BC marked “Students Icograda Havana” to:

Are the submissions restricted to school work, or can they be personal or professional?

I think “enrolled in a design program in BC within the last six months” says it all, really

As long as applicants have been enrolled in a BC design program in 2007, they are eligible to participate.
So recent grads that have are welcome, yes.
